Your Check-in

Assign a colour to each card. How are you feeling right now?

How does this work?

The Diagnostic is a self check-in. It asks: where are my CARDS right now?

How to Play

  1. Pause.
  2. Assign a colour (Green, Orange, Red) to each of your 5 CARDS right now.
  3. Query: "Which CARDS are in Red? What do I need?"
  4. Action: "What can move more CARDS into Green?"

When to Use

  • When you feel unsettled but aren't sure why
  • Before making an important decision
  • As a daily or weekly check-in
  • When someone asks "How are you?" and you want an honest answer

What It Reveals

The Diagnostic doesn't judge — it maps. A Red card is not a failure; it is information. The question is always: what would move this toward Green?
