  The CARDS game is a fast, effective, and accessible tool that allows me to untangle even the most complex situations in the blink of an eye. This tool helps us get to know each other better and address everyone’s needs more comprehensively than any other tool I know of. In particular, it makes conflict resolution much faster and more effective, since none of the fundamental needs are overlooked in this process (which was often the case for us before we started using this tool, and led to having to go through multiple rounds of conflict resolution instead of just one, every time an issue arose).
  It makes all needs visible in a concise way and even offers insights to guide us if we’re stuck or lack inspiration for resolving the difficulties we encounter.
  The layout of the results and the color-coding allow us to instantly see where we stand and where to focus our efforts to improve the situation if needed.

  Le jeu CARDS est un outil rapide, efficace, et accessible, qui me permet en un clin d’œil de démêler les situations les plus complexes. Cet outil nous permet de mieux nous connaître, et de répondre aux besoins de chacun de façon plus complète que tout autre outil que je connaisse. En particulier, il rend la résolution de conflits beaucoup plus rapide et efficace, car aucun des besoins fondamentaux n’est omis par ce processus (ce qui était souvent le cas pour nous avant l’utilisation de cet outil, et conduisait à devoir faire plusieurs itérations de résolution de conflit au lieu d’une seule, à chaque fois que quelque chose se présentait).
  Il rend tous les besoins visibles de manière concise, et propose même des réflexions pour nous guider si nous sommes coincés ou manquons d’inspiration pour résoudre les difficultés rencontrées.
  La mise en page des résultats et les codes couleur permettent de voir instantanément où nous en sommes et où focaliser nos efforts pour améliorer la situation si besoin.

  The CARDS Game is, first of all, helping tremendously in translating seemingly abstract and complicated concepts like "autonomy" and "dignity" into simple terms about how it feels and how one would express when basic needs are met, or not. It thereby makes it evident that those concepts are in fact not abstract at all, but very accessible to every human being.
